Proof of a lower price must be presented to LMC within 90 days of when the first purchase deposit was given to LMC or when the first purchase order was signed, whichever is first. The price guarantee is only available for reimbursement against competitor prices and does not apply to boats sold by LMC. The price guarantee only applies to complete boat, motor and trailer packages purchased from LMC. The boat package must match exactly to qualify for the best price guarantee and LMC must be able to purchase the package, at the lower price, from the lower priced dealer. The price guarantee does not apply to a lower price due to manufacturer rebates, present or future. Price match only applies to boat purchases without trade-in over allowance. Prep, freight, and dealer installed options are not included as a part of the price match guarantee. The 90-Day price guarantee does not apply to any going out-of-business sales, total liquidation sales, bankruptcy trustee sales or similar distressed sales.
